The challenge
CaterServe UK supplies commercial catering equipment — refrigeration, ovens, prep machines, and more — across a catalogue of hundreds of products. They needed an online store that could handle trade pricing with VAT on or off, quote requests alongside the cart, and a deep category structure that still felt easy to browse.
The approach
Designed and built the whole store: a structured category system covering refrigeration, cooking, preparation, storage, and accessories; VAT-inclusive/exclusive price switching for trade buyers; a get-a-quote flow alongside the standard cart; and the complete visual package — banners, collection graphics, and promotional artwork — all produced in-house.
The outcome
