About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Freeborn Design website (freeborn-design.com). By using the site you accept them. Work we do for clients is governed by separate written agreements — proposals, statements of work, or contracts — which take precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You may browse the site and contact us through it. You must not use it for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or probe its security, or scrape or reproduce its content in bulk.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, imagery, and code — belongs to Freeborn Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Portfolio items are shown for demonstration; underlying work remains the property of Freeborn Design and/or the relevant client. You may not reuse site content without written permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current. Descriptions of services and sample case studies are illustrative, not an offer of contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or for issues caused by third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute about the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
